The Receptionist is responsible for general office operations, maintenance, and administrative duties. This also involves maintaining office supplies and managing visitor access.
Advantages
Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM (1hr lunch) 37.5 hours per week
Salary 44,000$-52,000$ (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Maintain logbook and manage access for all office visitors.
Greet all office guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Administrative Support
Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
Maintain the appearance of the front office.
Provide office support to the front office staff in order to ensure an efficient and effective office workflow
Update and maintain the office contact and distribution list.
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate maintenance calls for the office.
Inventory Management and Maintenance
Monitor and maintain an appropriate inventory of office supplies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma Required
1-3 years of experience in the same field or a field related as reception
Computer oriented with good Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Bilingual English & French (written and oral)
Salesforce CRM ( Asset)
Suite Microsoft Office
Administration
Customer Service
Telephone Etiquette
On-site presence required
