Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of the organization. You'll ensure that our organization makes a good first impression, using your dynamic, welcoming personality and embodying our unique corporate culture. Be part of the key players who contribute to

Qualifications
Professionalism and attention to detail:
You have a keen eye for detail and take great pride in the quality of your work. A true magician, you have the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
Your ideal profile:
Two or more years' experience in a receptionist or office administration role.
Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
Written and oral communication skills in English required to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, business partners and colleagues outside the province of Quebec.
Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to take on multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to produce and maintain reports and databases.
