Di cosa ti occuperai?
- Accoglienza e gestione del centralino con attività di portierato;
- Supporto all'ufficio Risorse Umane, all'amministrazione e all'ufficio acquisti con gestionale aziendale Oracle;
- Gestione ed archiviazione di documenti di varia natura: auto aziendali, ordini di cancelleria, burocrazia rifiuti speciali;
- Data entry;
- Compilazione dei file consumi.
qualifications
Possiedi questi requisiti?
- Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della L. 68/99;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Gradita esperienza pregressa in ruoli impiegatizi;
- Capacita di utilizzo di PC e conoscenza pacchetto Office.
