Responsibilities
- Answering reception phone calls
- Greeting clients as they walk in
- Coordinating meetings
- Providing administrative and clerical support to all departments
- Keeping meeting rooms and front of office tidy

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in an receptionist role
- Great interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
- Ability to receive direction and communicate with management
