  • key responsibilities

    As a Real Estate Projects Coordinator in this role, your responsibilities will include:  
    • Manage and support assigned projects in cooperation with the respective Account Managers.
    • Assist in real estate and commercial development strategy, identifying new business opportunities
    • Support budget preparation and management, create business plans and oversee project execution
    • Assist in preparing land use plans for future developments
    • Coordinate redesign efforts for area development, including renovations and extensions
    • Examine potential projects and prepare proposals
    • Develop and manage project pipeline, including budgets, forecasting and analyzing data/trends
    • Prepare and facilitate tender processes for assigned projects
    • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
    • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, partners, and internal clients
    • Responsible for the continuous optimization and improvement of reporting tools and procedures
    • Develop and maintain project management tools and procedures
    • Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders such as lessees, developers, contractors etc.
    • Keep abreast on market trends and developments on the Real Estate market/services while providing relevant reports and insights

    • A minimum 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Commercial and/or Real Estate field having at least 3 years in project management.

  • qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Real Estate.
    • A minimum 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Commercial and/or Real Estate field having at least 3 years in project management.
    • Strong understanding of commercial development and projects including fundamentals of the Real Estate market.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of applicable local law, relevant procedures (e.g. application for building permits) and industry developments/ trends.
    • Fluent in written and spoken Greek/English.
    • Advanced MS-Office user.
    • International experience will be considered a plus, preferably related to airports or tourism/hospitality.
