key responsibilities
As a Real Estate Lawyer, some of your main tasks will include:
- Conducting title searches and title verification
- Managing the registration of property transactions at the land registry
- Drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase agreements for real estate transactions
- Overseeing the process of property acquisitions
- Conducting due diligence for real estate deals, including zoning and planning regulations
- Handling lease agreements and negotiations
- Providing legal advice on property development and real estate investments
- Resolving disputes related to property boundaries, ownership, and easements
- Ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
- Liaising with government authorities for permits and legal documentation related to property transactions

- A minimum of 6 years experience as a legal associate

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills
