We are currently looking for an RCSA QC Manager to support our client within the GTA office (working primarily remotely from their home office, however, they may be required to work onsite at one of our offices, to meet the internal client or team needs.).
In this role, you will work full-time hours on a 5-month assignment, and earn a rate competitive within the industry.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Acting as an advisor to non-financial risk leaders on critical decisions, effectively guiding clients through complicated operational risk transformations through the RCSA process
· Designing and analyzing non-financial risk functions for improvements in risk management and operational efficiency through the RCSA process
· Conducting operational risk assessment and identify key operational risk areas and controls for the clients including loss event, RCSA, scenario analysis, QC, operational resilience, etc.
· Analyzing clients’ control environments, identify gaps in practice, and recommend process improvement to enhance risk management capabilities.
· Leveraging industry knowledge in data and technology to enhance non-financial risk including risk monitoring, incident management, and control testing.
· Provide up-to-date insights into evolving operational risk regulatory requirements and help the clients to align their practice with applicable regulatory expectations.
· Manage the engagements with the project delivery team and develop client relationship.
Qualifications
5+ Years in a similar role
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields. Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.) is an asset.
· Industry and Consulting experience. (big 4 consulting background an asset)
· Familiarity with operational risk management in financial services industry, including banking, insurance, and Canadian and US regulatory landscape, with a focus on RCSAs.
· Solid knowledge in operational risk framework and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSFI E-21), including RCSA oversight, governance, operational resilience, business continuity, third-party, etc.
· A proven track record of successful project completion and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations.
· Demonstrated project management skills including experience of agile delivery approaches.
· Self-starter with the ability to drive complex outcomes.
