Key Responsibilities:
- Process property ownership changes and address updates
- Maintain property, rate, and valuation databases
- Provide customer service for property and rate inquiries
- Process pension rebates and waste service requests
- Handle financial adjustments and refunds
- Issue Land Information Certificates
- Process building permits and planning permits for valuation purposes
- Manage property subdivisions and street numbering
Requirements:
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of property, rates, and valuation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Current driver's license valid in Victoria
The ideal candidate will have experience in property, rates, and valuation services, with the ability to read and interpret building plans and planning permits.
