Job Overview:
We are currently working with specialist regional contractor who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be career driven and ambitious who is able to also run their own job, reporting to another Quantity Surveyor as well as the Director to provide accurate cost estimates, manage contract negotiations, and maintain the financial health of construction projects. The job will be mainly office based but can be hybrid.

Valuation of Work/Risk Management
Value Engineering & Cost Optimization
Claims & Dispute Management
Final Accounts & Handover
