Role & Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your duties will include:

• Managing project budgets and cost control from inception to completion.
• Preparing and submitting valuations and final accounts.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor relationships.
• Producing detailed cost forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
• Advising on commercial risks and opportunities to maximize project value.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential refurbishment or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
