They are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead their Japanese operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization with a strong presence in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management in Japan. You will champion Company's quality standards, collaborating with local, regional, and global teams to drive improvement and innovation. You will lead a team, driving new initiatives and implementing the Quality Management System across the organization and its supply chain. ■Requirements
・Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (food or FMCG preferred).
・Mastery of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene standards, and relevant quality regulations.
・Extensive knowledge and practical application of quality tools and methodologies.
・Experience leading and mentoring a team.
・Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience in implementing quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
・Understanding of consumer safety regulations.
・Experience working with international teams.
