You will champion Company's quality standards, collaborating with local, regional, and global teams to drive improvement and innovation. You will lead a team, driving new initiatives and implementing the Quality Management System across the organization and its supply chain. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (food or FMCG preferred).
・Mastery of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene standards, and relevant quality regulations.
・Extensive knowledge and practical application of quality tools and methodologies.
・Experience leading and mentoring a team.
・Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience in implementing quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
・Understanding of consumer safety regulations.
・Experience working with international teams.
