Key Responsibilities:
Quality Communication: Clearly communicate project quality requirements and any changes to the project team.
Documentation Management: Assist in preparing and maintaining the Management System Documentation relevant to the project.
Quality Audits: Conduct quality audits on internal processes, identify issues, and prepare informative reports.
NCR and Defects Management: Maintain the project NCR and defects registers, ensuring timely submission and closure of issues.
Sub-contractor Review: Assist in reviewing sub-contractor quality plans and ensuring compliance.
ITP Management: Review ITPs as required, maintaining an up-to-date ITP Schedule/Register.
Quality Readiness Reviews: Support project teams in the Quality Readiness Review (QRR) process.
Team Collaboration: Actively promote a quality culture within the team.
What We Need:
Experience with ISO 9001: Solid understanding of quality management systems.
CSCS Card: Required for site access.
SMSTS Certification: Ideal but not mandatory.
Educational Background: HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering (desired but not essential).
QA/QC Knowledge: Familiarity with QA/QC principles and their application to projects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
