Your role:

Creation and analysis of various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support senior management and operational teams.
● Planning, development, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
● Continuous enhancement and automation of the reporting process to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
● Programming of new interfaces to integrate and analyze data from various systems.
● Close collaboration with other departments for which we provide services to understand and meet their reporting requirements.
● Handling ad-hoc requests and issues to support operational decision-making.
● Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in reporting and data analysis.
● Ensuring data integrity and quality in all reporting processes.
● development and maintenance of dashboards for real-time monitoring and key metrics

if you have:

Diploma or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration,
Statistics, Finance, Data Science or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages and software relevant skills to data analysis and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of G Workplace, especially Google Sheets (including functions) and Google Sites.
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling data.
Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Access) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Project management skills with a structured and organized approach to tasks.
Ability to manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in business English; German language skills are desirable.
Proactive and motivated mindset with a talent for developing innovative solutions.
High resilience and assertiveness to manage challenging reporting tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
