For one of our clients, located in Dudelange, we are looking for a :
Quality coordinator (m/f)
Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for
applying all standards requirements on a day-to-day basis on Headquarters and for
the coordination and animation of all the Quality Assurance programs for European entities.
The Quality Coordinator raises awareness of all employees with regard to QSE-FS practices
and procedures, and direct and control their efforts in these areas.
The Quality Coordinator also supports the Quality Manager maintaining and developing
systems that ensure that risks are being managed in accordance with legal, standards and
contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the implementation,coordination, support and maintenance of activities linked to
Quality systems within European entities, such as:
...
o Update and follow up the Standards when new version;
o Coordinate the Implementation of the requirements with the company standards;
o Ensure the Maintenance of the company standard certifications (QSE+FS);
o Maintain the Documents management;
• Follow up the Internal & External audits from certifications, customers and other parties
(e.g. authorities);
• Ensure the maintenace of Action plan with findings from audits and other sources;
• Support and follow up the Management reviews on sites and HQ;
• Manage quality performance through indicators such as customer satisfaction and supllier
survey;
• Adapt and develop quality procedures, forms and tools;
• Manage the processing of customer complaints and internal non-conformities;
• Support of trainings for [Quality Assurance] topics to HQ and European sites people;
• Elaborates Quality insurance monthly/yearly reports;
• Ensure the objective of the department are follow and alert if any deviation can impact the
result; Monitor and report of the KPI, objectives of the department;
• Propose and/or implement any improvements (optimization, simplification, harmonization,
automation) to support the company objectives and organization;
• Performs all other additional projects and duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 3/4 years of working experience in quality assurance
• Experince if Food Safety certification and or Medical application is considered as an
asset;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Good communication skills (both oral and written);
• Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Oral and writing communication skills
• Standards Management ISO 9001 and any other ISO like 22000 and 13485
