Straight day shift 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Great hourly rate of $23/hr

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, components, sub assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings and specifications.
* Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
* Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings, including photographs, test data, and written reports.
* Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns, provide feedback, suggest process improvements to prevent defects and optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
* Blue print reading, geometric tolerancing (precision measuring)
• Experience with measuring devices such as gauges, hardness testers., calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Critical eye, mind for detail, ability to catch defects in materials and parts, visualizing forms from drawings.
• Make judgment calls based on previous experience and product use
• Good knowledge of computer programs (such as Word and Excel) and others)
• Work without constant supervision. Communication with authority to supervisors, machinists
• Basic math skills
• Excellent English language skills in both reading and writing
