the role

Lead and maintain the QA system, ensuring compliance with GDP, GDPMD, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485, while coordinating training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage audits (internal, external, CAPA) and oversee quality assurance systems, including document control, validation, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
Supervise change control processes, quality risk management, equipment calibration, and non-conformance product handling in line with operational needs.
Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities, ensure safety practices, and prepare for inspections by health departments and external auditors.

the experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
Strong knowledge of GDP, GDPMD, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
