Responsibilities
What will you do?
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce and potential impact on users.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new releases or updates do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and testability of ServiceNow configurations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst focused on testing within ServiceNow, preferably across modules/products
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques, ServiceNow ATF is preferred.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, such as TestRail, Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
