If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Stockport Council's Domestic Violence Team. This is a full-time role, offering upto £38 per hour.

What You'll Do:
- Provide Support: Work directly with children and families impacted by domestic violence to offer emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance.
- Assess Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and their families, developing tailored safety plans and interventions.
- Collaborate: Partner with other professionals, including law enforcement, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, to ensure a coordinated approach to child protection and family support.
- Advocate: Be a voice for children, advocating for their rights and needs within the social services system and beyond.
- Educate: Offer education and resources to families about domestic violence, safety planning, and accessing community support services.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
