Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team at Lancashire Council. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £37 - £41.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and compassionate social work services to children and families in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines, with a focus on enhancing outcomes for children in Lancaster.
- Ensure robust risk management and support the development of high-quality practice within the Safeguarding service.
- Provide mentor-ship, coaching, and collaborative case management for a small, complex caseload within the team.
- Facilitate workshops and group supervisions to promote reflective practice and continuous improvement among social work staff.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development initiatives, incorporating feedback from service users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Registration with Social Work England
Experience:
- Specialisation in working with children
