If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Blackburn Council's Safeguarding and CP/Court Team. This is a full-time role offering upto £39 hourly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to support children and families in crisis.
Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Prepare reports and provide evidence in court regarding child protection cases.
Engage with families to build trusting relationships and facilitate positive change.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to safeguarding plans.

Requirements:

Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS
