The successful candidate will be paid up to £30 per hour dependent on experience. The role is initially for 3 month with the view to extend.
Responsible for:
- social care assessments
- support planning with young people and their families
- assessing capacity on relevant decisions
- liaising closely with health and education agencies
- carrying out safeguarding enquiries
- contributing to the team's duty rota
Minimum Requirements:
- -SWE Registration
- -2 year post qualifying experience within UK
- -Eligibility to work in the UK
