The key responsibilities for this QC Laboratory Equipment Coordinator position include: 

• Ensures a proper system in place for laboratory equipment life-cycle management.
• Engages and coordinates with external vendors for procurement, maintenance and qualification activities.
• Leads and coordinates equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensures all lab equipment are maintained, calibrated and validated.
• Ensures and oversees a schedule for lab equipment maintenance, calibration and requalification.
• Reviews qualification and validation protocols and reports including CSV activities.
• Reviews and approves validation protocols, reports, and qualification documents to ensure equipment reliability and accuracy.
• Maintains equipment documentation, including SOPs, calibration logs, and maintenance records, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Provides technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime in the labs.
• Serves as the first line of support for equipment issues and coordinates with external vendors for service and repair when necessary.
• Ensure all lab equipment meets regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.
• Supports the QC team in preparing for regulatory audits by providing necessary documentation and equipment insights.
• Identifies opportunities for enhancing lab equipment efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Stays updated on emerging lab technologies and industry best practices, recommending upgrades or replacements for outdated or inefficient equipment.
• Trains QC analysts and other lab personnel on the correct operation and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Develops and updates training materials, SOPs, and best practices for equipment use and care.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with laboratory equipment in a pharmaceutical QC environment.

• Bachelor or master degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering,or any relevant life science field.
• Fluent in Greek & English
