Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore QA teams to ensure high-quality annotations and efficient workload distribution.
• Define and communicate annotation requirements for ML models focused on product attribute recognition.
• Collaborate with BA and Data Science teams to align deliverables with project goals.
• Develop and enforce QA processes, conduct audits, and ensure annotation accuracy.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and standardize workflows.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a QA Lead managing distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, annotation tasks, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with QA tools, annotation tools, and project management platforms.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including but not limited to:
o 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably overseeing both onshore and offshore teams.
o 1+ years working with annotation tasks or collaborating on machine learning projects.
Must have qualifications
Skill
QA: Automation Testing 5-8 years
