The corporate culture emphasizes teamwork and adaptability, fostering an environment where creativity and technical excellence thrive.■Role and Responsibilities:As a QA Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of the QA team, driving the development and execution of automation strategies. You will work closely with App and IVI engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery for connected vehicles. ■Main tasks include・Developing Automation Strategies: Identify automation opportunities within QA processes and design a comprehensive strategy aligned with overall engineering goals.・Planning Execution: Create a roadmap for implementing automation initiatives, defining clear milestones and objectives.・Leading the Team: Set priorities, assign responsibilities, and foster collaboration across engineering and product teams to integrate automation into the development lifecycle.・Utilizing Tools: Evaluate and implement tools to enhance automation processes, ensuring effective usage without extensive coding.・Improving Processes: Advocate for enhancements in the development process, collaborating with teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.・Technical Contributions: Analyze requirements to create automated test cases, executing functional and performance tests on embedded Android systems.・Documentation & Sharing Knowledge: Document automation processes and share insights with the team to elevate their skills.・Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on QA automation trends and drive efforts for adopting new methodologies and tools.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

■What We Are Looking For:
・5+ years of experience in automation testing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
・Strong experience in defining and implementing QA automation strategies.
・Deep knowledge of frameworks/tools for Android test automation (Appium, JUnit, etc.).
・Programming proficiency in Kotlin or Java.
・Proficiency in Linux OS and scripting languages like Shell Script.
・Experience with non-coding SaaS tools to support automation (e.g., TestRail, Jira, etc.).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with experience in Git.
・Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to set goals, plan, and execute strategies.
・Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
・Passion for improving the automotive experience through software quality.
■Nice to Have:
・Experience with Android Compatibility Test Suite.
・Experience in delivering and testing embedded Android Systems such as Android Automotive, Android TV or standard Android for phones and other devices.
・Experience testing applications that interact with hardware devices and Bluetooth.
・Experience operating and customizing CI/CD pipelines to support QA needs
・Valid Driving License.
