HR Business Partner*Responsibilities- Work with senior leadership to comprehend business goals and create HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.- Oversee and execute HR projects and initiatives, including organizational restructuring, change management, employee engagement programs, and process enhancements.- Evaluate HR data and metrics to detect trends, provide insights, and suggest continuous improvement measures.- Offer guidance and support to HR team members, promoting their professional growth and development.- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR practices remain up-to-date and compliant.*Required Skills- At least 5 years of HR experience, focusing on business partnering and project management.- Proven success in leading and executing HR projects, such as organizational restructuring and change management.- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a strong attention to detail and analytical approach.- Experience in a global and highly diverse organization.*Preferred Skills- Japanese language skills are highly advantageous.- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.- Familiarity with HR technology and systems.
