■Role- Responsible for execution and on-time delivery of display projects. - Vendor performance management support. - Key operational tasks across the Build, Deploy and Maintain value blocks. - Gathers and reports on in-market display data.■Individual Accountabilities・Responsible for consolidating the APAC Regional Commitments related to a program. Collaborating with APAC regional sales and market planners to support the build plan for the program.• Coordinate efforts around securing samples and demo product for APAC regional use• Responsible to ensure all APAC region displays are trackable using PN’s to enable tracking throughout the displays value chain from creation to reseller shelf (can include Windchill, SAP, or 3PL systems). Includes coordination with Display operations team members.• Responsible for all APAC Regional ordering, billing and payments to invoices to manufacturing and part suppliers related tothe program.• Work with Tier 1 display suppliers to ensure cost information for any company supplied items are accurate• Ensure creative content is delivered and/or replicated in accordance with project timelines.• Manage projects at Tier 1 suppliers on time and within budget to Regional markets, including managing build schedules ofdisplays and retrofit kits, risk mitigation, quality assurance and corrective action plans as required. Communicate externally and internally with customers, suppliers and global partners on project status utilizing project schedules and presentations as required.・Gather reseller requirements for deployment (packaging, delivery instructions, timing) from local Japan team (sales account managers) and submit to Tier 1 suppliers and Japan 3PL providers.・Communicate logistics status to interested parties (Japan 3PL installers, retail ops).・Ensure manufacturing/installation schedule aligns with APAC region reseller requirements・Work with Tier 1 suppliers to determine Spare parts requirements for the Japan market and replenishment inventory forcommon spare parts post installation for Japan.・Provide hyper-care and rapid response support to Japan 3PL providers during installation of displays including but not limited to potential daily standup meetings and reporting on installation completion status・Manage and oversee Japan 3PL installation schedules for display deployment/rebuilds outside initial launch period・Manage inventory of spare parts and spare displays for Japan market – analysis, re-ordering and obsolescence・Drive continuous improvements for these programs to achieve increased ROI, display reliability and reduced time to market■Parameters for success1.
