Our client is a reference in aeronautical sector and is recruiting a Purchasing Specialist - French Speaker for his department of procurement.
...● Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
● Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
● Operational Sourcing
● Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)
● Maintenance of info records (e.g. catalogues)
● Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
● Use of ERP Systems (SAP)
● Use of other specific tools (Coupa)
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
Communication skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
Fluent in English and French (in a negotiation level)
Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
