Purchasing Manager at global fashion companyPurchasing of FF&E (furniture, carpets, artwork, other equipment, etc.) used in stores.- Consultation with HQ design department to finalize design specifications for FF&E used in stores.- Obtaining quotations and placing orders from overseas suppliers based on design specifications.- Coordination between overseas suppliers, domestic design offices, and construction companies.- On-site meetings and preliminary inspections with overseas factories as necessary- Import customs clearance coordination with overseas suppliers and receivers.- Inspection after domestic receiptRequirements:- Scheduling arrangement- Ability to calmly assess situations.- Prioritization- Overseas & Domestic trip (Europe, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, etc.)- Has an interest in furniture, art, etc.
