Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchase and sourcing of construction machinery, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensure machinery complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare reports and budgets for the machinery division, monitoring costs and performance.

This is a critical role in delivering our high-rise projects, ensuring that machinery and equipment are ready for action at all times. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the team driving our project success.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction machinery, with a focus on purchasing and maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage machinery capacity and rotating site operations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for machinery procurement and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction machinery operations.
