Main tasks:
Train the newcomers and lead continuous improvement processes
Identify the processes that could be improved and act on them
Create SOP’s and revise them (automation possibilities)
Data driven activity (could be interesting understand the candidate’s previous experiences working with reporting /data tools)
Profile
Academic background: Business Admin, Engineering background (nice to have)
Previous experience: Experience in a consultancy role, training experience, transversal experience (2-3 years)
Language: English fluent (for presentations and reporting to the managers)
Soft skills: Dynamic, knows how to speak/communicate, presentation skills, analytical profile
Travelling: 2 times per year
