Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a SSC for the PTP team's expansion.
We are currently looking for PTP Analyst, who will report to the PTP Manager to support Malaysia office in the day-to-day operation of PTP processes of the assigned regions.
about the job
- Providing operational support for the P2P functions within the APAC region from a centralized Shared Services setting.
- Overseeing and ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for various P2P processes, including but not limited to Good Receipting, Invoice Processing, Supplier Payments, AP Accounting & Reconciliation, and Claims & Corporate Card Expenses.
- Assisting in month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as customers, requestors, and suppliers to address and resolve collection/payment issues.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to gather required information and documents.
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices, travel reimbursements, and employee claims in compliance with company policies, including the initiation of stop/void payments when necessary.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of supplier statement of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigating and resolving queries raised by customers and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
