We're looking for an experienced senior property manager (looking to step up) or property team leader to manage a small team of Property Managers and Assistants while overseeing a reduced leasehold portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, mentor, and drive service excellence within a leading property management company.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide professional management services for freehold/leasehold developments
✔ Lead, support, and develop a team in line with company KPIs
✔ Ensure compliance with RICS, ARMA, and landlord & tenant legislation
✔ Oversee HR functions, training, and performance reviews
✔ Manage service delivery, income targets, and customer service issues
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Proven property management & leadership experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of leasehold/freehold property regulations
🔹 Excellent communication & team management skills
🔹 Ability to drive service improvements & mentor staff
