Randstad Property is working with a well known Private Commercial Landlord as they look to hire a Property Portfolio Coordinator. Working alongside their Senior Asset Manager you would be responsible for assisting across the day to day operations of their Commercial Office and Industrial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Support & manage lease renewals, rent reviews & rental arrears
- Lease administration & maintenance of portfolio assets using the OPM property management system
- Key Internal & external stakeholder management including tenants and contractors
- Assist with annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets in conjunction with the team
- Ensure buildings are compliant, safe and all Building Warrant of Fitness certificates are issued in a timely manner
About you
- 5+ years in a coordinator / administrative role of a similar nature
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and with a small team of professionals
- Experience with leasing administration including renewals and reviews
