In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation across diverse property portfolios, ensuring the highest possible returns from assets.
• Scrutinise expenses, negotiate favourable supplier agreements, and identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure optimal value for money.
• Drive Debt Recovery by implementing effective strategies to proactively manage tenant arrears, fostering positive relationships and achieving timely payments.
• Oversee lease agreements, rent reviews, renewals, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Monitor property maintenance and repair costs
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the finance team

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property and facilities management as well as being a customer centric individual who enjoys speaking with tenant over the phone. In addition to this you will have:

• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• A comprehensive understanding of property regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional Tenant Relationship Management. Experience in building and maintaining constructive relationships with tenants, effectively managing debt and arrears.
• Experience managing lease agreements, rent reviews, renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Strong debt management and billings experience
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
