We are seeking a highly motivated Property Leasing Administrator to join a dynamic property services team. Key Responsibilities

• Administer the lease renewal program, ensuring property leases, licenses, and agreements remain current and compliant with policies and legislation.
• Provide professional advice on real estate management activities, including leases and agreements under the Retail Leases Act 2003 and Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
• Develop and maintain accurate property asset information and lease registers.
• Negotiate, prepare, and review property agreements in both commercial and residential contexts.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with service delivery goals.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, procedures, and systems for lease management.
• Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, adhering to workplace safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Degree or industry certification in real estate, property management, or a related field, coupled with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of property leasing legislation and real estate management practices.
• Proficiency in real estate information management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in lease negotiation and compliance in both commercial and residential contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate outcomes.
• A valid Victorian Driver Licence and willingness to travel within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
