About the role:

Our team is currently sourcing and shortlisting candidates for full-time Claims Consultant roles with one of Queensland’s largest and most respected insurers. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of property claims, serve as the first point of contact for members and policyholders and ensure a seamless and efficient claims process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous customer service experience or for those looking to build their career with a leading insurance company in Queensland.

Your skills & experience:

• Previous customer service is essential - ideally call centre experience or exposure to a fast paced environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with resilience and empathy, allowing you to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous exposure to motor or property claims is highly advantageous, providing valuable insight into the claims process, but it is not a requirement.
