As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Project management of selected project(s) including projects for our international regions
Continuous improvement & process stabilization of the PMO function
Assists with Program Management of the Global Trade project portfolio
Ad-hoc leadership support on “hot topics”
Flexibility in working hours to ensure coverage for our APAC/China teams as well as our European teams (e.g. some days having to start earlier PST to meet with our EU teams and some days starting later to meet with APAC/China teams)
Be the facilitator of information and coordinate project deliverables/communications/meetings between NAM leadership and International teams
Qualifications
High-performing all-rounder with proven experience in managing/executing a project portfolio
Project management professional
Proven project management track record and/or PMP designation
Motivated self-starter with high level of independence
Analytical personality with attention to detail
Ability to create materials for and present to senior leadership
Excellent communication skills, ability to help facilitate and manage conversations with international teams (different time zones, priorities)
Experience with business projects that interface with technology
Good communicator, ability to facilitate meetings and bridge communication between technology and business teams
Experience in Trade and/or logistics/supply chain is a plus
Expert MS Office knowledge
Plus if they have managed others in Project Manager/Business Analyst functions in previous roles
Plus to have advanced skills in data analytics, handling large data sets and data analytics tools (PowerBI or similar) or understand technology infrastructure and architecture in a supply chain setting
