You will oversee all Services activities within the APAC Customer Centre. This includes contract management, site-based services, visited services, refurbishment, hotline services, and service sales. You will also be part of the APAC Regional Management Team and report to the Executive Managing Director APAC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales & Services Team across APAC, handling diverse service activities.
- Develop and pursue business leads to meet order intake and profit targets for services and refurbishment projects.
- Create and implement a 5-year APAC plan aligned with global and regional strategies.
- Ensure the team delivers high customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with executive management and key decision-makers in the market.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by understanding their business needs.
- Innovate to optimize service delivery and add value for customers.
- Contribute to the global service strategy and discussions on future direction.
Experience:
- 10+ years in Lifecycle within the Warehouse, and Parcel industry.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering discipline.
- Technical background in material handling systems.
- Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proven sales record for large-scale contracts and refurbishment projects.
- Successful team development track record in APAC.
- Willingness to travel internationally (25-50%)
