MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Experience:
4-7 years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Working in close coordination with project managers & project teams right from project conceptualization till commissioning.
2. Ensuring compliance to requirements of project planning & scheduling, progress & cost monitoring, progress reporting, execution coordination and capex closures.
3. Organizing meetings with all project stake holders (internal & external) and subsequently documenting all actionable points including following -up for its compliance.
4. Releasing of various planning documents viz. EPC schedules, EPC tracker, Progress Reports, Presentations, Site Progress Pictures on Daily, Weekly and
Monthly basis based on the requirement of the Project highlighting Progress Status and Concerns to all Project Stake Holders.
5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors & contractors on continuous basis for Project Progress/Status to ensure adherence of project commitments.
6. Coordinating with SAP Team for resolving system issues being faced by Project team members.
7. Releasing Close-out Reports & other required documentation for On-time capitalization and commercial closure of completed projects.
