• Provide responsive executive administrative support to the General Manager and team including administrative management of confidential, time critical or potentially contentious matters
• Provide secretariat services including organising meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes and tracking of actions as required. • Support senior members of the team with significant projects
• Lead smaller, discrete sub-tasks or projects that contribute to the above significant policy projects.
• Assist in the development of considered strategic advice on agricultural industry developmentrelated issues and the agricultural sector more broadly. • Conduct research and analysis into current issues, trends, opportunities and challenges. • Develop ministerial and departmental correspondence, briefing notes and policy or issues papers as required to the highest of standards.
• Provide support in coordinating departmental events as required

• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams across various areas including planning, design, legal, and communications.
• Exhibit the skill to prioritise issues and employ problem-solving techniques while adhering to governance processes to overcome any obstacles.
• Display proficiency in coordinating and providing support for assigned projects.
• Show aptitude in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, aiming to mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact the successful achievement of crucial project milestones.
• Generate well-crafted written briefings, reports, option papers, and proposals tailored for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
