Project Manufacturing Manager at global food company(Digital) Manufacturing Manager is accountable and responsible for implementation of digital transformation at thePlant. We are planning to implement a lot ofdigital tools to have better product traceability and factory performance such as MES, LIMS, WMS, BI, etc. Main responsibilities• Implement and maintain digital solutions to factory.• Understand the business needs from both the shopfloor and management.• Lead assessment of DMA (Digital Manufacturing Acceleration)• Define project scope and align it with key stakeholders (Danone Japan/ Global Team)• Project Management (Schedule, Cost, Scope, Quality, Supplier Management)• Provide / Coordinate end-user training.• Lead commissioning and validation of each system.Experience:• Experience to implement Digital Enterprise/Platform / Tools• Ability to manage workload• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time• Japanese / English in business level• Experience to retrieve data from PLCs and any other industrial devices
