About The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering the maintenance upgrade of properties in regional NSW from start to finish.

This will include:
- Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, managing, and reporting on project management strategies and deliverables
- Lead the timely preparation of a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
- Coordinate training and will be responsible for the compliance and management of contractors from a procurement standpoint.
- Conduct initial recruitment for maintenance resources required to commence critical upgrades
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:
- Have worked with Indigenous communities and Indigenous land councils.
- Open to regional travel once a fortnight
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience working on residential/community housing projects
