Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale civil engineering project from inception to completion.
- Oversee the project planning, resource allocation, and execution while ensuring it remains within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and local authorities, to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Drive project efficiency and productivity, maintaining an exceptional standard of work.
- Monitor financial performance, project timelines, and KPIs to ensure all project objectives are met.
- Report progress regularly to senior management and clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Experience managing complex budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
