Project Manager:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis for sites across Scotland.
My client is a UK based Civil engineering firm who have a large Water project scheme currently running.
Duties:
- Oversee the design management process working with external consultancies.
- Drive the planning and consenting process.
- Manage commercial interfaces during procurement and subcontracting of civil works
- Proactive management of large civil subcontractors when on site.
- Management of civil construction teams on site
- Promotion and management of HSE and site-based standards.
- Manage financial budgets for the civil works on the projects and have sound input into forecasts
- Provide regular ongoing reports on construction progress, budgets, manpower needs, risks and quality issues.
- Take a lead in resolving performance issues of internal or external teams.
