Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for your next challenge? A Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a driven and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £10M retail project in the London/Southeast region.
As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the project from pre-construction to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
✔ Proven experience delivering retail or commercial projects valued at £10M+
✔ Background working with Tier 1 Main Contractors
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to drive projects efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
✔ Experience managing project programmes, budgets, and subcontractors
💰 Salary: £70K-£85K (DOE)
🚗 Car Allowance: £7K
