We're looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital service while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a range of projects within our Resident Services and Climate Change team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and materials.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, particularly in relation to Health & Safety.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £23.77 - £25 per hour (equivalent to £45,202 - £48,358 per annum)

Essential Requirements:
- Professional / technical qualification in a relevant discipline or experience of working in a similar role.
- Proven project management skills and experience.
- Understanding of statutory regulations relating to engineering, construction / buildings.
- Broad understanding of different forms of contract.
- Awareness and evidence of good practice of Health & Safety legislation in relation to housing maintenance and the construction industry.
