Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Onboarding direct clients, funds, shared clients and broker counterparties for the Capital Markets lines of business
•Being responsible for end-to-end client onboarding activities
•Interacting with numerous stakeholders including, Front Office, Legal Documentation, Credit, Operations and clients.
•Accurate client data is
•Capturing, validating, storing client data and maintaining throughout the client’s lifecycle
•Ensuring all existing and new regulatory requirements are adhered to by collecting the necessary data and documentation from clients and storing this information in the appropriate book of record systems.
•Reporting to the Executive Director
•Managing a regulatory remediation project of medium to high complexity, including day-to-day project management of the scope, schedule, cost, quality of projects, analysis, data collection and summarization of findings.
Qualifications
•7 to 10 years of Project Management Experience
•Experience as a Project Management in a Canadian Financial Institution within Capital Markets
•Experience working with key stakeholders
•Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
•Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral. Ability to communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management
•Highly detail oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have:
•Knowledge of regulatory regimes such as Dodd Frank (CFTC & SEC) and CSA is considered a beneficial asset
•Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience preferred
•PMP
