Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Managing key process, oversight, and execution of key process.
●Identifying root cause, including potential solutions to ensure business objectives are achieved.
●Coordinating amongst key internal partners to ensure business objectives are realized, including ensuring capacity across various teams is understood and volumes are effectively managed to meet business objectives.
●Consolidating results, including providing input into executive reporting into executive reporting being provided.
●Ensuring controls/oversight ensures business objectives are realized and outcomes are documented.
●Understanding and interpreting complex information, identifying patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and developing recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities.
Qualifications
●1 to 3 years' experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator
●Intermediate excel skills (filter, v-lookups)
●Organizational skills
●Strong communication skills
●Relationship management ability
●Adaptable
Nice to Have:
●Previous banking experience
●Regulatory experience would be nice
