- Developing and managing project schedules and timelines;
- Facilitating internal and external communications;
- Overseeing construction operations and managing subcontractors;
- Managing procurement processes and coordinating with vendors;
- Ensuring effective testing and commissioning processes.
Team Leadership and Development: Establish, develop, and manage the project team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
Daily Operations Management: Plan, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the project team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with the project, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Consultant Management: Oversee and manage the consultants engaged for the project, ensuring their contributions align with project objectives.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact with clients, vendors, consultants, authorities, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Site Office and Logistics: Manage the administration and logistics of the site office, ensuring proper functioning of all on-site operations.
Coordination with Head Office: Collaborate with the head office on all project-related matters, providing regular updates and feedback.
Tendering Participation: Contribute to tendering processes for new projects as required, ensuring timely and competitive bids.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Project Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry
- Experienced in handling water and/or wastewater related projects
- Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience
- Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently
- Willing to travel to get involved in the entire cycle of project
