The People Analytics platform is a key initiatives for 2024-2025, to take a step towards more data- driven decision making and easier access to insights for HR and Managers.
ASML is looking for a project manager to lead the initiative, and at the same time provide functional guidance on the specific domain of people analytics solutions, to ensure a consistent functional and technical landscape. The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the implementation of a new People Analytics Platform, to take place end of 2024 - 2025. The project is already in RFP stage, so the PM will take over from current incumbent, finalizing technology selection, driving contracting, implementation and deployment. The PM will lead a team with representatives from the various disciplines and entities required (People Analytics, HR Technology, IT, Privacy, Change management, Vendor…).
The role will work in close contact with the Head of HR Technology and Head of People Analytics.
